Posture Group is the ergonomics and health and safety division of Relaxa UK Limited. Relaxa is a leading UK provider of employee health promotion and wellness services for more than 2,000 client’s UK wide via a team of more than 1,000 wellness and health professionals. Relaxa UK Limited and Posture Group were setup in 2002 and have been trading for 9 years.

Posture Group provides in excess of 300,000 face to face DSE workstation assessments annually via our team of 250+ ergonomics, physiotherapy and health and safety consultants UK-wide. Our consultant's have developed the online workstation assessment system to streamline what they do face to face. Our online assessment systems go way beyond the regulatory requirements and include the experience and know how of our team of consultants which covers areas like working posture and seated posture in detail.
